Nothing For Creditors In Lawyers' Talkfest

A LIQUIDATOR was entitled to pursue "recalcitrant directors" in court even if the entire proceeds went to a litigation funder and creditors received no return, the accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, has told the NSW Court of Appeal.
